Refund policy

When handmade items like the crochet products, if it comes damaged, please send pictures of the evidence and I will either make a new one for you or I can refund you.

I will not accept returns of any products.

If your package does not get delivered, I can try sending you a new one BUT it's NOT guaranteed. Reminder, once I ship the package, it's out of my hands.
